This page explains the basic information Manim Web stores and how that information is used to provide the service.

Information We Collect

We collect the account information needed to let you sign in and use the app, such as your name, email address, and profile image when provided by your login provider.

We store the content you create in the app, including scenes, workspace files, uploaded assets, captions, exports, and related project metadata.

We also collect basic technical and usage information needed to run the service, such as authentication events, API requests, compile jobs, and error logs.

How We Use Information

We use your information to authenticate you, save your projects, render previews and exports, deliver shared or public content you choose to expose, and keep the app working reliably.

We may also use operational data to debug failures, monitor performance, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Sharing

Your private workspace content is used to provide the service. If you publish content or make scenes publicly accessible, that material can be viewed by others through the public links you create.

We may rely on infrastructure and authentication providers to operate the service. They may process data as needed to host the app, store files, or handle sign-in.

OAuth And Remote Clients

If you enable MCP access or connect external clients, the app may issue tokens and store related client registration and authorization records so those connections can work securely.

You can disable MCP access in settings to stop future use of that connection path.

Your Choices

You can manage or delete project content from your workspace, remove public access where supported, and stop using the service at any time.

If you signed in with a third-party provider, you can also manage that connection from the provider side.
